It's been a while since we've reached out — and we have a lot to share!
We're still here in St. Paul, walking alongside people who want to adopt a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. But first, a little update on where we've been.
A Few Years Well Spent
Our ability to provide Food for Life classes to the general public over the last few years has been limited as we have been offering Food for Life classes to Corporate Employee Wellness programs and fully supporting the CARING Study — a partnership between Blue Cross® Blue Shield® of Minnesota and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM). This free 16-week study is exploring whether a plant-based diet can help participants lose weight, improve type 2 diabetes, and reduce their need for medication.
As the study's local food experts, we've offered 1:1 coaching, grocery store tours, restaurant reviews, cooking demonstrations, and in-person events. It has been a truly life-changing experience — for participants and for us.
We're Back in the Classroom!
While we’re still supporting the study and working with corporate partners, we now have time to return to our roots. We're excited to launch three new Level 2 Food for Life classes — designed for those who've already completed one or more Food for Life classes and are working to build lasting habits. Each 2-hour class is just $25.
